Our Response: Jump at the Sun Consultants, LLC, recognizes the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on our community. Here are a few ways that we've worked to help address community needs. We will continue to make materials and information available to the community as it becomes available to us.
Designed and disseminated over 12,000 pieces of culturally relevant COVID-19 education and risk reduction materials.
Procured and distributed over 50,000 FEMA issued face masks in Milwaukee's Central City.
Created this page to make educational materials available for public use.
Conducted small group discussions and polling to gain a deeper understanding of community needs.
Collaborating with other community organizations to offer COVID-testing, food pantries, flu shots, education and outreach and much more.
To ensure that we provide the most accurate and up to date information, Jump at the Sun serves on the Milwaukee Unified Emergency Operations Coordinating's (UEOC) Community Resilience Response Team (CRRT) and the Vaccine Integration Communications and Outreach (VICO) resource team.
This section will be updated as important information becomes available.
COVID-19 is having a devastating impact on people's lives. While health is the leading topic of concern, many families are also dealing with mental health issues caused by loss of jobs, reduced income, housing insecurity, and food shortages.
Milwaukee organizations are looking to help people in need. To help connect families with available resources for COVID health and financial support, we developed this survey to connect community organizations with people who need assistance.
